    Tim spent a lot of time on a consult. He was undoubtedly detailed in doing so. Tim was so elaborate that he kept repeating the same information over and over about how a black (2inch) tattoo was going to take all this “‘miracle work” on black skin. He continued the declination of all suggestions and ideas presented and went on about how he inadequate he was on the results for african-Americans. Lizzy was wonderful, yet Tim truly debunked that entire shop. So much we didn’t get a tattoo nor will we return. Thanks for nothing :)
