  I used to hate spin class - HATE it with every fiber of my being. Then my friend basically forced me to take one here as her birthday present...and I was mean and bitter but I took the class and now my life is changed! I LOVE this studio. It’s so much better than the spin classes offered at local gyms and the vibe is amazing. Literally every employee I have associated with is nice, and none of the people that spin here are rude or judgmental. The instructors are inspiring and supportive and the owner is the sweetest person I’ve ever met, I don’t think she has a mean bone in her body! I’ve been going about once a week for about 6 months now and I’ve noticed a significant change in both my body and my stamina! On top of that, after a hard day at work this is the best way to work away your stress! I walk into class upset and leave with a smile on my face. If you’re looking for a fun workout with awesome people and instructors who encourage you throughout the process, then this is the place for you.

  What a great workout and environment! I am a personal trainer (NYC / FL) and truly appreciate a great workout and client experience - this team nails both! Lauren the owner makes you feel like you’ve known each other for years, Leah a manager there is so friendly and goes out of her way to make sure each client feels taken care of. The instructors (I experienced Val and Alicia!) are personable and energetic and pushed me just when I needed it most. The workout is challenging and perfect for full body conditioning. Cycling also is awesome for not only getting lean but fabulous for legs and glutes! Awesome lighting and music for a fab overall experience!
