  Normally I have a very good experience with this branch but this is a "one-off" I had to acknowledge. I went to the drive-thru with the intention of depositing a check in my account. I drove up to the window and the teller was assisting another customer in the outer lane - she never welcomed me when I drove up and it took a while before she open the draw for my deposit. Meanwhile the draw still stayed open and she was asking the other person questions about a check that he may have been depositing himself. After waiting unnecessarily I took back my deposit and left - this whole episode almost made me late for work. As for the deposit I had to come back and use the ATM - a much better experience.
  
  Is something like this standard procedure? If so, it's not a good practice for someone who has an account with Fairwinds.
