    I had been to at least 5 lenders, and a hard money lender, before a broker friend referred me to Sue Jacobs and her gang at First Florida Lending. My situation was that we are self employed and have a lot of properties. Sue, not only worked a miracle(because she knew more of what she was doing than all of the previous lenders put together), but she did not lead me on as the others had done. She spent a good deal of time initially going over all of our finances and decided it would work for us to get a conventional loan and she made it happen.
    She is a delight to deal with in every way. She took the tension off of my back, and even though it was a very stressful situation, she was always confident that all would go well and it did.
    Of course, she has a team behind her and they did all of the grunt work and I appreciate them, also!
    I would never get a mortgage from anyone else and I will refer everyone I know to First Florida Lending!
