  Terrible customer service. Received 1 of 2 items that were ordered and then was billed for both. Still trying to reach them to resolve this issue 6 weeks later. No reply by email. No opportunity to proceed through the automated phone system OR to leave a message. And snail mail sent has generated no response from Herff Jones either. Will NOT use this company again and will take every opportunity to spread the bad work.
