  I would give it no stars if possible. Very unprofessional. We were told a specific car would be waiting by 10am. We get there both of us taking off work. The car was not allowed to be taken off the lot. They said they were trying to find a car but I doubt it. I asked if they could deliver but they said it was out of range. So essentially we both lost a combination of close to $1,000 dollars in wages today due to incompetence. Manager was rude and we were lied to by one of the staff. Awful awful awful. We went to Enterprise down the street and we're in and out in 5 minutes. They were polite and we'll dress and groomed. At Hertz they looked like a bunch of slobs. That includes the manager.

  This company location really help my mother which are a senior and unaware on how to rent anything. Hey accommodate her, professionally was patient and cleaned her vehicle with kind smiles. The price was awesome for weekend special and as a first time customer I would trust this location hands down, because of the honesty and not taking advantage of a someone who’s not knowledgeable like a different agency has. Mom was happy every moment. Thank you Kiatrell!

  My partner and I had to rented a car because his car had to go into the shop. They didn't have an SUV which is what we requested, we settled for a basic Nissan sentra. Then the sales man tells us WE HAVE TO get their insurance even though we pay full coverage for the car we own already( Ford Escape). We found out by our insurance that we don't have to pay for the rental insurance since we have that cover under our plan and that Hertz should void that cost and only charge for the basic fee of the rental. They refuse to void the fee, but they tell me over the phone that they are willing to take me off their coverage but we still need to pay for their insurance for the days we used up which makes no sense. While talking with them over the phone( Quentin, the person who got us the rental) I could over hear the manager coach him on what to say. I just find it all unprofessional. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN.
