  Worst experience we have had after purchasing seven, that's right, seven Lexus RX 350s, over the years from the Lexus of Winter Park dealership! Sergio, the salesman, was wonderful! The Upper Management and Service Management were awful! After signing the contract, we found out there was a defect in of the paint having a bubble in it they refused to fix along with a scratch that was down to the surface, which they did fix. ! Was told I got the car for practically nothing! BS! I paid full price for the car if you add up what I am paying a month and what we put down. Actually, we paid over sticker price for a 2017! Not even a 2018! For such a loyal customer to be treated that way shows you Upper Management and Service Management are out for themselves! Never again, will I allow Lexus of Winter Park treat us so badly! Beware! Next time I will go to Mercedes or BMW as I know they treat their loyal customers like royalty! There is so much more, but google only allows so many characters and what took place is a lot of paragraphs. so just beware!
