  The staff was excellent! I was waiting for my mother in the car in front of the parking space of the Sprint store. I waited until it was time for me to get inside to see what the commotion was that took too long. I got out and locked the car. I walked into the door. Then, I saw mom. She was was standing right next to young, attractive female employee, who gave me a big surprise gift wrapped in Christmas cover paper. I opened it and turns out Mom bought for me an iPad Air tablet, as well as a new phone with unlimited data. Unlimited data was exactly what I needed because the current phone I use has limited data, which charges the payment plan under someone else. I am so happy to have a second phone! Thanks Sprint and that employee! You've saved my day!
