  UPDATE: Branch manager reached out to us and made the situation right. Joel, our service technician is extremely thorough and knowledgeable and is always on time. Review updated to 5 stars because of branch manager and Joel going above and beyond to rectify the situation for us. Thank you!
  
  Original review: Complete waste of time. The very first service they arrived 2.5-3 hrs late. Today my appt was at 9am and still no tech at 1:04pm. The dispatch and customer service cannot get hold of the tech. Tried to reach a manager and was told all of them are in a board meeting. I DO NOT recommend this company. We are cancelling service immediately.
