  The people complaining about this place being busy...do you just expect people to be waiting on you whenever you snap your fingers? Maybe you should go behind the counter and try to deal with someone like you. Pretty sure that would change your perspective on the service. The staff were very helpful and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.
  
  when you go somewhere KNOWN to be busy..idk...like the USPS, maybe you should come prepared and have everything you need in hand, with everything prepackaged and ready to be weighed and addressed to the appropriate parties.
