  Edward is very knowledgeable and willing to take time to explain things. He's honest too. I had a situation that he knew was likely due to a weight distribution problem. He gave me advice over the phone and saved me the repair trip charge.
  
  When I did need a repair, he gave the appliance a great check up. He allowed me to provide my own parts. And it's been over a year now with the repair still going strong.
  
  He seems like a great family man too as he speaks highly of his wife and children.
  
  I always try to do business with Edward.
