  Had a very POOR experience. Added $$ to my quote with no prior call. Damaged my lower unit with a torch and would only repair it if I paid more. All for a simple impeller change on a perfectly working motor. I agreed with the owner on one thing, after I stated I wouldn't be back he said that was a good idea since they couldn't perform to my standards. My standards include good communication, quality work and responsibility, none of which I felt were met. I thought I was lucky for finding someone the week before Memorial Day, after 2 other marinas were full... guess I understand WHY they were available, now. There are too many good marinas in the area, I'll steer clear of this owner in the future.

  I went there under the new ownership located on Forsyth road. I bought the necessary parts needed. I went home and tried to start my outboard and it didn't work. I took the outboard motor to Boat tune and I was obviously upset I couldn't get it started. The owner personally took me to the back and discovered my gas was bad. He educated me on how and why gas goes bad. He was able to start my outboard motor very quickly and when I tried to pay him he didn't accept, instead he shook my hand and thanked me for my patronage. He also wished me a Merry Xmas. I highly recommend. Very fair and more than reasonable. Definitely go see them!!!!
