  I love the food but the last three times I've taken my family we've been seated at a table and no waiter came to serve us. We ended up having to ask somebody to serve us. This last time we waited at our table for over 18 to 20 minutes and no one ever came to the table and several waiters walked by. Several nearby tables received drinks and had their orders taken. Since we've experienced this a couple times I decided to not ask for a waiter. We even had a waiter behind us take an order for a family seated after us look at our table and walk away. As badly as I want to eat her because my family enjoys the food and atmosphere I can't bring myself to willingly do it anymore. Its disappointing since it's so close to our house.
  Maybe Ale House can redeem themselves one day if we give it a try again, but it will be a long time before we give it a try.
