  I had a start up brand and was recommended by many to come to this place to place my orders. At first it was awesome. They took great care of me and my business. The great and only true benefit was the small minimums the had. Because of good experiences, I brought over 3 other brands for business. The one thing that I always was willing to overlook was the horrible horrible customer service. There was none. I would call, email many times with no answer to follow up on my orders. Not until I physically walked in would I get an answer. But that was ok because he minimums were great.
  
  Unfortunately many things started happening. I was forced to pay for an order of 50 shirts but when counting the items only have 47. When I would ask they would say that they messed up three tees. That's understandable but if I didn't ask or check I would've paid for three shirts I never received. When asking for a refund I was denied the refund and told that they're allowed to short each order by a certain amount since it's the industry standard (I did the research and that is not true)
  
  Another time I received 50 shirts with the design printed upside down and backwards. It was letters so it made a huge difference and obvious. I wasn't told of the mistake but when noticed I asked there on the spot and they responded with "Oh yes I'm sorry."........that's it. I asked if hey can reprint them the proper way. They said I would have to pay for them to be preprinted. I asked if I could at least get compensated or pay less, they said no. I was forced to pay for messed up shirts. They were willing to do nothing although I had been loyal to them for over a year.
  
  Another time, many many times actually I would be hit with random new fees on invoices with no explanations. When asking they word for word responded "we are allowed to charge extra fees and charge you more when we like."
  
  This last time I went to place an order out of desperation and was being charged new screen fees although I had paid screen and set up fees on the very last order a month or so ago. The policy they sent me when starting to work with them in the beginning was that you pay screen and set up fees once per design per year. When reminding them on how we've done that for two years they advised me (after me having to come in since they ignored my calls and emails for 3 weeks) that "we no longer find it worth doing small orders like yours and will only focus on big orders. We can print your tees but they will now cost extra per shirt and double per set up fee. You will have to pay the set up fees each time you place an order. Your small orders will be on the back of the list as we want to focus on big clients, so the turn around time will now me 3-4 weeks per order." When asking why they said to me "because we can"
  
  Many people and brands over the past two years, including their employees have taken their business elsewhere due to the horrible business, customer service and no consideration for their loyal clients. All they care for is the extra buck they can squeeze out.
  
  They hurt my business and caused it to suffer until I find a new place. They're extremely unprofessional including the fact that they have their 3 kids running around the client area and warehouse.
  
  I tried a new place and was dumbfounded by the pure customer service and professionalism they provided. They even were short one item and told me before I even checked and advised they had already deducted it from the invoice. They walk you through each process and educate you on what screen printing options are to better your brand. PLEASE GO CHECK OUT HITTN SKINS!
  
  PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME HERE! They are willing to throw out loyal customers over and over.
