  I have been a patient for many years. This office is outstanding. I do not believe the negative comments. They have a new policy that they explain that there will be a charge for cancellations. however I had to cancer it was the same day and I explained I could not leave work on time to get there. Mind you I travel from Tavares to their office because that's how awesome they are. I was not charged and the nurses and staff are just as friendly as the doctors. So please take this into consideration that people tend to get frustrated and write reviews based on emotion. I work in medical so I am very picky when it comes to my care and they exceed my expectations.
